Who We Are

The Veterans Housing Organization is uniquely equipped to donate cash to “every” veteran and active service member when buying, renting or selling real estate. We understand that buying, selling or renting property can be very stressful, especially for current military members. No matter which state or country. Veterans Housing Organization walks Veterans through the real estate process, pairs them with a qualified real estate agent and monitors the transition. There is nothing better than putting money into the hands of these men and women. Whether buying, renting or selling property, the process can financially take its toll. It is our privilege to ease the burden of this nation’s heroes .

We are proud to raise funds for other veteran based non-profits. The Veterans Housing Organization is the only non-profit of its kind. We offer a new groundbreaking way of raising donations. Any non-veteran may use our services but instead of receiving cash rebates as a veteran would, they may choose which organization that they would like to receive the donation.

Meet Our Board

*Chad SeBour, President & Founder*

If not me then who? When I recognized an opportunity to help my fellow Veterans, I did not hold back. For me, there are more important things than money. There is nothing better than helping to strengthen the Military and Veterans community. I still feel a sense of duty and obligation towards other Veterans and always will. Myself and this organization will do what is in the best interests of veterans “PERIOD”.

*Deborah SeBour, Treasurer*

Dedicated to family and the communities in which I serve, my mission in life has always been to share laughter, joy and success with others.
As a business owner and natural born philanthropist, I believe that giving to
others is an essential part of our personal growth.
As a Mother of a combat veteran, joining the Board of the Veterans Housing
Organization was an easy choice for me. A chance to give back to all of the men
and women who have so proudly served this great country.

*Mark Luterman, Board of Advisors*

*Linda Hood, Secretary of the Board*

Veterans hold a special place in my heart. My husband is a Veteran and while there was no conflict when he served, he would have done what was needed if asked.
My nephew is a Veteran and he did serve during a time of war and survived.
Having seen his difficulty in assimilating back into civilian life made me realize how grateful I was for his service.
Becoming a home owner helps to provide a measure of stability and control that a Veteran may not feel they have when they get home.
They sacrificed more than many of us will ever know and deserve every opportunity we can give them.

Board Of Directors

*Sebastian Ploszaj, Board of Directors*

I gave up a full basketball scholarship to college to take part in something greater than myself. While in the Marine Corps, I did 3 combat tours before I was wounded and forced back home. Community service is something I hold close to my heart and there is nothing better than helping my fellow brothers and sisters in arms.

*Brandy Reid, Board of Directors*

I started working with the VHO because I wanted to continue to give back to the military community. I served 8 years active duty in the Army and my father was in the Navy when I was growing up. I have also been a dual Army spouse as well as a Navy spouse, so I have been on all sides of military life and have a well rounded understanding of the challenges and benefits. My experiences give me a better understanding when working with military members so that I can make the process of buying, selling or renting a home an easier process for them.
